At Kyarra, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return, exchange, and refund process is simple, transparent, and hassle-free.
Returns Policy – 18K Gold Plated Jewellery
- You can raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.
- Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or similar promotional offers are eligible for refund in the form of Kyarra Wallet credits only.
- Products purchased at a strike-through or discounted price (without coupon codes) are eligible for return.
- For all 18K Gold Plated product returns, all freebies received with the order must also be returned.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for claims regarding missing items. Please ensure the package is recorded from the sealed condition while opening.
How to Initiate a Return Request
- Visit the Return/Exchange section on the Kyarra website or app menu, or use this link:

- Select the item(s) you wish to return.

Important Notes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- International orders are not eligible for returns currently.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after successful pickup and quality verification, as per RBI guidelines.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunds are processed to the UPI ID or bank account shared by the customer.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Kyarra
Kyarra reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Reasons may include:
- Product quantity limitations
- Pricing or product information errors
- Issues identified by our fraud prevention team
- Any other unforeseen issue preventing order acceptance
In such cases, customers will be notified if:
- The order is cancelled fully or partially
- Additional information is required to process the order
Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed and dispatched.
- Registered customers can track order status through the “Track Order” section on www.kyarra.in.
- Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, refunds may be processed via cheque.
