1. Demi-Fine Jewellery Warranty
Scope of Coverage: Covers unexpected tarnishing or discoloration of the plating on eligible Kyarra demi-fine jewellery.
Warranty Resolution & Kyarra Wallet
If your demi-fine piece experiences tarnishing, your resolution is determined by the time elapsed since your delivery date:

💡 Note on Kyarra Wallet: Store credits can be used for both online and in-store purchases. Kyarra Wallet credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Exclusions from Warranty
The Kyarra warranty is designed to cover manufacturing and plating defects. It does not cover:
- Damage resulting from regular wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches).
- Breakage, bending, or snapping due to mishandling or accidents.
- Custom-made jewellery sets or personalized orders.
3. How to Raise a Warranty Claim
Every warranty claim is subject to inspection and validation by the Kyarra quality control team. Kyarra reserves the right to decline a claim if the issue does not align with our warranty terms.

Option A: Online Claim
Take clear, high-resolution photographs of the affected item, ensuring the tarnishing or defect is plainly visible.
